Our warehouses are operating normally. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. and China facilities. Processing usually takes 24–48 hours (business days). During peak periods, please allow an extra 1–2 days.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered warehouses in the United States and China. Depending on stock and destination, your order may ship from one or both locations. If an order is split, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours. After dispatch, your tracking number will be emailed to you. (Tracking updates can occasionally take 24–48 hours to appear.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most orders delivered within the contiguous U.S. arrive in 6–10 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or carrier backlogs may add 1–2 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We provide a free pre-paid return label where supported (or reimburse up to $15 with receipt if a label can’t be issued). To prevent abuse, the trial covers one opened pillow per household; additional units must be unused and sealed. Defective/damaged/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
